You can access your Webmail account in two ways:

1. Directly using a webmail link  or
2. While logged in to the shop account

A. Directly using a webmail link:

step 1:  Open your browser and and use one of the following links:  

https://yourdomain.co.bw:2096  or
https://yourdomain.co.bw/webmail

Note: Replace “yourdomain.co.bw” with your actual domain name.

step 2: You will be presented with a login screen where you can enter your email address and password to access your mailbox.

B. While logged in to the shop account

Step 1: Log into your Client account, use this link https://shop.atommedia.co.bw/index.php?rp=/login

Step 2 : Click on the services card.

Step 3:  Click on the email package that you have bought.e.g Business Email.

Step 4:  Scroll down and look to the right-hand side under the Actions section and select “Log in to Webmail.”

Congratulations you have successfully accessed your Webmail account...!
